Remote Desktop Assistance
In many circumstances, provided you have an internet connection we can provide support remotely - without the need for a visit. We can view your desktop, install programs, transfer files etc. It's also a great way to receive training. All of this is totally under your control - you give permission to access your machine and at the end of the session you close it and we are not able to reconnect without your permission.Charges are £15 per 30 minutes, but regular monthly plans can be arranged. We accept payment by Paypal or for existing customers by invoice. For Paypal please select amont of time (this can be changed later) and pay using the Buy Now button.
