Service Prices

Basic rate is £50 for the first hour to any location in Dorset, Somerset, or Wiltshire, then £40 per hour. We do not charge any additional call out fees. Most on ste jobs can be completed in one hour. If longer is requried then we will usually bring the PC back to our base and return it within 48 hours. Pricing for this is £80 plus any additional parts.

For new and used systems we do not charge a mark up - we simply charge for our time and service.

Repeat visits to existing customers may attract a discount.

Prices apply to both Windows PCs and Apple Macs.

So, the most you would pay to get a PC or Apple Mac back up and running from a system crash, virus or software issue would be £80.

Training & Advice Introduction to PCs, basic training to get started. Using the Internet Data security - how to avoid losing data, photos and/ or music Understanding viruses, spyware, and on-line threats Word, Excel, Powerpoint workshops     Free consultation,     then £25/ hour training

New Sytems, Laptops, Upgrades Supply of new PCs, Laptops, Printers, Monitors etc to meet your specific needs. Advice on what your really need We will dispose of any old equipment, or help you sell it if you wish. No mark up on prices - what we pay is what you pay. Only charge is for our time.   POA, labour rates as above
