In many circumstances, provided you have an internet connection we can provide support remotely - without the need for a visit. We can view your desktop, install programs, transfer files etc. All of this is totally under your control - you give permission to access your machine and at the end of the session you close it and we are not able to reconnect without your permission.

It's also a great way to receive remote training via the web. This takes the form of an interactive live presentation, with course material shared between participants, audio and video, plus the ability to provide feedback, ask questions, review etc. This is ideal if you wish to be trained in the comfort of your own home or office at a time that suits you.
